What you would be doing
gas safe

audit coordination

incident investigation
equipment monitoring
  • To support company compliance with regards to Gas Safe - including scanning and issuing of Gas Safe cards, coordinate Gas Safe registrations and support all aspects of Gas Safe compliance as required
  • To assist the Director of Health and Safety in the administration and co-ordination of health and safety initiatives throughout Liberty
  • To monitor, review, update and amend the HSEQ Management System documentation as requested by the HSEQ Team
  • To provide support and guidance to operational managers with regards to forms, templates and accurate completion of any required HSEQ information, such as during incident investigation, tools and equipment monitoring, inspection compliance and facilities management documentation
  • To support with administration and co-ordination of internal audits and support / coordinate any external audits
  • To assist the HSEQ Team in developing processes, procedures, forms and documents
  • Coordinate the production, monitoring and reviewing of HSEQ policies, procedures and guidance

  • IOSH Managing Safely, Fire Warden, and First Aid training (desirable or willing to work towards)
  • A current valid driving licence with access to your own vehicle (desirable)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write and present reports clearly and professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Teams, etc.)
  • Experience with HSEQ Management Systems and process mapping (desirable)
  • Ability to manage corrective actions and support external audits
