Senior Data Center Superintendent

Description

• Advocate and enforce jobsite safety plans and regulatory compliance
• Manage tools, materials, inspections, and on-site personnel
• Maintain daily reports and progress documentation; resolve site issues quickly and effectively
• Direct all jobsite operations including subcontractor coordination, staffing, and scheduling
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and owners to keep the project on time and within budget
• Review plans, drawings, and shop drawings; ensure project is built to spec

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience; must have data center or mission-critical experience
• Proven experience leading large-scale projects from ground-up through completion

Benefits

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience.
