Interns will gain hands‑on experience across all project phases, participating in design charrettes, client meetings, project reviews, and building‑detail work, while also contributing to business development, marketing, event planning, and shaping the future of design services.
- Collaborate with design team members on integrated design for diverse projects.
- Develop proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and DLR Group’s proprietary design tools.
- Create presentation materials using SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support project pursuits and business development initiatives.
- Participate in project and site meetings to facilitate communication.
- Explore construction documentation and processes.
- Submit a current portfolio in PDF format with the application.

- Enroll in a Bachelor or Master of Architecture program (NAAB‑accredited preferred) with at least three years of design education.
- Demonstrated experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

- Preferred: experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, or Mural; strong visual and verbal communication; prior internship or commercial design experience.
