What you would be doing
- Prepare bespoke HSEW related bid support materials when requested and appropriate to do so.
- Undertake assessment of Client, Contractor or AtkinsRealis Project office facilities prior to occupation.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs to educate employees on safety protocols and environmental sustainability practices.
- Oversee project related corrective action implementation and follow-up.
- Appraise HSE contractual deliverables and participate in Go-No Go decisions.
- Undertake risk-based overview assurance activities to measure compliance with contract and Corporate HSEW requirements.
- Support Regional Security team, where appropriate, in Project Security related matters.
- Ensure leaders actively participate in safety initiatives and communicate safety expectations.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement effective risk control measures.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in HSE knowledge and practices.
