- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as quality management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent are highly desirable
