What You Bring

-Line management experience. -Demonstrable experience of driving value from complex sourcing opportunities -Deep level of Sourcing experience, with a demonstrable track record of savings delivery -Demonstrable experience of contract law and financial management -Demonstrable level of problem-solving experience of complex sourcing specific challenges -Has an understanding of public sector procurement legislation. -Completer finisher mindset -A) Competency test and B) formal interview (2A and 2B stages will take place on the same day. -Politically savvy, with the proven ability to use direct and indirect influencing strategies -Experienced with agile cross-functional collaborative working methods -Demonstrable level of negotiation and dispute resolution skill set -Experience in delivering multi-million pound procurement projects (over £10m). -Is a member of the chartered institute of Purchasing & Supply.
