Intermediate Interior Designer - Residential & Hospitality

Description

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality, consistency, and timelines
• Design development for furniture, custom FF&E, and material selections
• Work across a diverse portfolio including boutique hotels, luxury townhouses and villas, bars, and restaurants
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, architects, and clients throughout all project phases
• Source and specify custom furnishings, lighting, and FF&E
• Develop detailed technical drawings and sketches to support project execution
• Coordinate with artisans, vendors, and contractors to realize custom-designed elements
• Produce high-quality presentations, mood boards, and conceptual materials

Requirements

• Contribute to interiors that balance playful experimentation with refined, carefully considered design
• Creative, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
• Strong background in high-end residential and hospitality interior design
• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtfully curated interiors, distinctive furnishings, and confident design decisions
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Comfortable working within a collaborative studio environment
• Intermediate Interior Designer role focused on high-end residential and hospitality interiors
• Hands-on experience with furniture design, custom FF&E, and material selection
