Services All Conference Rooms
Assist keeping site clean, trash pickup, sweeping, mopping floors and dusting
Rearrange rooms, clean counters and empty trash receptacles
Supports and helps building occupants with cleaning or maintenance issues and follows up until claims/concerns are resolved.
Responds to emergency spills and calls as needed-Work order based and or phone calls.
Follows Event order to set up furniture per requests
Reports building maintenance issues and malfunctions. Reports equipment malfunction to supervisor.
Services Restrooms - Sanitizes all surface areas. Replenishes toiletry/paper products.
Assists with Conference Center set up as needed
Sanitizes all points of contact in Common Areas- Entrances, Walkways and Corridors, Glass Doors and Door Hand Plates, Staircases Railings, etc.

May be required to lift, carry, and move objects safely, Will occasionally work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and work off of platforms. Will use vision abilities to focus, see short and long distances, colors, depth perception and peripheral vision. Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs/muffs, masks/respirators, safety vests, gloves, and steel-toe boots.
