  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
  • Strong communication and planning skills.
  • Lean management system experience is a strong asset.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed manufacturing environment.
  • Technical knowledge of high-voltage equipment and services.
  • 4+ years of experience designing and delivering training programs.
  • Proven ability to coach and facilitate across all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development or equivalent.
