Collaborate with service line managers to design and implement efficiency initiatives.
Prior experience in consulting would be highly regarded.
Several years' experience in an equivalent role.
Knowledge of performance frameworks, KPIs, and compliance reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (desired).
