The Role

Overview

Install, service, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems for clients.

Tasks

-Replace and Install systems using manufacturer’s handbook, CMS’s procedures and local codes. -Repairs or replaces components -Plans and performs system replacements and diagnosing issues. -Verifies equipment registrations per local, state and federal codes -Responsible for client satisfaction with all clients/projects assigned; Interprets drawings and schematics and installs HVAC/R components; Test HVAC/R equipment for proper operation -Uses drawings and schematics to analyze and isolate malfunctions -Replace and install HVAC/R equipment and systems. -Ensures compliance with environmental regulations of fuels, refrigerants and other hazardous materials -Operates and installs commercial HVAC/R systems and equipment up to 100 tons cooling capacity and 10 million BTU’s heating capacity. -Maintains shop tools and equipment

What You Bring

-HVAC technical school two-year degree or certificate or high school diploma with 4 years relevant experience -Expertise in all aspects of HVAC service -Highly motivated and independent self-starter -EPA Certification and maintenance of certification is preferred. -Must be familiar with State, Federal and Local codes and hold journeyman licenses for Denver and/or other local municipalities (Preferred). -Ability to work on call when needed -Continued training is required -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills -Strong written and oral communication skills

Benefits

-Pay ranges from $25-$45/hr. depending on skill and experience. Benefits offered (health, vision, dental, 401k.)
