In-depth knowledge and experience of delivering BMS systems within commercial and data center buildings.
Understanding of commissioning processes and requirements for a data center project.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Controls Engineering.
Experience and understanding of BMS network protocols such as Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, BACnet/IP, BACnet MSTP, DALI, OPC, SNMP).
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience of managing Trend, Distech, Tridium Niagara/Honeywell and schneider PLCs, hardware and software platforms.
Certifications in BMS platforms (e.g. Easy IO Jace, Honeywell EBI, Johnson Controls Metasys) preferred.
In-depth knowledge of fibre optic and structured cabling systems
Strong Technical knowledge and experience on BMS systems within the data centre environment.
Experience with multicore controls cabling, single mode, multimode fibre cable types, methods and testing parameters.
Strong knowledge of telecommunication cabling types, systems within the data centre environment.
Strong working knowledge of networking systems and MEP systems within the data center environment.
