Responsible for end-to-end procurement, planning, and supply chain management of materials and equipment for Solar and Renewable Energy projects is a must. Ensures timely, cost-effective sourcing, compliance with ISO/QMS/SASO standards, and alignment with project and corporate objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ISO/QMS, and SASO standards; support audits and drive process improvement.
- Reconcile supplier accounts, schedule payments, and ensure advance settlements.
- Align procurement plans with project timelines, cash flow, and site requirements.
- Process and track purchase orders, shipments, and customs clearances in coordination with logistics.
- Identify, qualify, and manage local and international suppliers; maintain vendor records in SAP.
- Lead procurement negotiations, renew supplier contracts, and establish framework agreements.
- Analyze supplier bids for technical and commercial compliance; provide market intelligence and cost benchmarks.

- Strong knowledge of local & international suppliers for Solar and Renewable Energy equipment (e.g., Solar Materials, PV Modules, Cables, Mounting Structures).
- 4–5 years’ experience in procurement or materials management, preferably in Solar, Photovoltaic or Renewable Energy.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of local & international suppliers and renewable energy equipment (e.g., PV modules, cables, mounting structures).
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and planning skills.
