Based in our Brisbane CBD office, this dual-reporting role provides key administrative and operational support to the Directors, including marketing, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, correspondence and managing budgets and invoicing.

A unique opportunity exists for a full time Team Administrator to join our growing success, supporting the State Managing Director across state-based activities and the Capital Transactions business as well as supporting the Director of Metro Regional Sales.

  • Coordinate and collate sales and marketing information to assist with the preparation of reports and submission.
  • Assist with managing fees, creating invoices and relevant financial reconciliation or purchase orders.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required, including supporting internal audits and risk management.
  • Provide quality high level administrative support, including preparation of general correspondence and document control.
  • Organise meetings and events; preparing agendas, taking minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain and update administration systems, procedures and methods
  • Provide executive support to the State Managing Director including calendar management, travel bookings and email management.
  • Assist with the preparation of Information Memorandums (IMs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and marketing collateral.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Indesign and Canva will be viewed upon favourably.
  • Resilient and able to work well under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Previous experience creating marketing collateral and presentations.
  • Previous experience in a PA, EA or Team Administrator position.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise, problem-solve and take initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
