- Provide technical assistance to tenants subject to the terms and conditions of Tenancy Agreement.
- Lead and direct a team of technical personnel to carry out the daily maintenance duties and maintain the technical workshop, with safety concern in mind.

- Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of M&E systems, equipment and appliances.
- Conduct regular inspection to ensure tenants meet with all the fire safety regulation.
- Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all front-end / back-end facilities.
- Observe and inform the management of any irregularities or poor performance of contractors.
- Facilitate HQ in respect of corporate compliances.
- Coordinate safety training and program for CMO and tenants.
- Assist and support Operations Manager to oversee the Operations Division of i12 Katong.
- Coordinate emergency procedures for the mall.
