Customer service – Greet every customer, initiate conversation, answer questions and recommend merchandise based on customers wants and needs. Assist the customers with locating various products and resolving complaints as they arise
Demonstrate, promote, and sell Ganahl’s products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to all customers
Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with co-workers, vendors and customers to close sales and promote customer retention
Meet and exceed targets - Achieve sales goals for new customer acquisition and overall sales growth
Inventory, stocking and maintenance – Ensure that products are available for customers to buy. Check shelves and replenish merchandise that is running low. When applicable must check dates on product labels and remove products that have passed their sell-by date. Responsible for price changes, replace the price labels on the products or shelves. Housekeeping, shelves and merchandise dusted, tattered labels removed and replaced, displays current and in good condition.
