Expertise and knowledge of the local (Florida) water resource market
Proven track record marketing and developing new work
Demonstrated experience selling, managing, performing and consulting on projects and programs including a wide range of project sizes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of leading and preparing written technical documents such as studies involving use of the scientific method; surface water quality management plans with pollutant loading assessments and project alternatives; conceptual project plans with cost estimates and discussion; feasibility studies involving practical analysis of project alternatives; and technical memoranda which may involve a wide range of subject matter related to water quality.
