Performs intermediate mechanical operations, repair, and maintenance to building systems.
Complete preventative maintenance in a timely manner.

Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
Intermediate knowledge with trouble-shooting equipment.
Hold a Refrigeration System Operating Engineer Certification, EPA I, II, or III, NATE certification.
Valid driver’s license.
Must be able to work varying shifts including, nights, weekends and holidays (as needed).
Interpret and understand Federal, State and local code ordinances.
Balancing – Ability to maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling and to walk, stand or crouch.
OSHA 10 certification
Five (5) years HVAC experience.
Physical Exam (if applicable)
Prior work experience in a commercial setting.
Trouble-shoots with intermediate knowledge for primary electronic systems using ladder logic, diagrams, and schematics.
Heavy Work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Ability to communicate effectively with others
Possess a valid driver's license - REQUIRED
Sometimes operates a computer or tablet and other office machinery, such as a calculator and phone.
Grasping – Needs to apply pressure to an object with fingers and palm regularly.
High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Visual acuity and ability to operate a vehicle as certified and appropriate.
