Must have an high working knowledge and applicability of subcontracting and/or procurement practices, to include but not limited conducting price analysis, being a subject matter expert on subcontracts, conducting due diligence, etc.
Technology- Must possess a strong knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft products. Must possess the ability to learn new software systems as necessary
Must be able to learn and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
