Perform grading, drainage, utility, and earthwork calculations, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate field conditions and verify construction aligns with design intent.
Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to identify solutions to design or construction challenges.
Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software.
Support project management efforts by tracking schedules, budgets, and project deliverables.
Assist in planning, designing, and executing civil/site projects for municipal, commercial, and industrial clients.

Knowledge of grading, stormwater management, utility design, and construction standards.
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; PE licensure preferred for Level II.
Ability to perform site visits and travel to project locations as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar CAD software.
Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
0–3 years of experience for Level I; 3–6 years for Level II in civil/site engineering projects.
