The Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) Manager supports the Air Force Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Division by ensuring product lines have access to a robust IDE for design, development, sustainment, configuration control, and modeling‑simulation activities. The role also provides status insights to stakeholders through automated toolsets and facilitates exploration of new concepts and requirement refinements.
- Serve as focal point for the ABMS IDE within the Enterprise Engineering Group.
- Manage the IDE contract to ensure deliverables are provided on schedule.
- Identify and provision required capabilities and toolsets for each product line.
- Budget and allocate resources to deliver division‑level IDE capabilities.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to share IDE products across the acquisition lifecycle.
- Align IDE capabilities with ABMS acquisition processes and maintain an authoritative data repository.
- Advise product lines on aligning contractor IDEs with the division IDE.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise, training, and awareness on IDE usage.

This position is hybrid, requiring approximately 60% on‑site presence in Beavercreek, OH, with low travel (0‑20%) and standard core hours from 0900 to 1500.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or management (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in digital engineering, modeling & simulation, or product lifecycle management, preferably on Air Force or DoD programs.
- Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, performance, and budgeting.
- Experience with model‑based systems engineering, requirements management, risk management, project scheduling, simulation, and software backlog tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to convey complex security concepts.
- Active Top Secret/SCI eligibility (polygraph may be required).
- Desired: 2+ years in Special Access or SCI programs; cloud‑based IDE experience; familiarity with tools such as CAMEO, DOORS, AFSIM, MATLAB, Siemens Teamcenter, and GitHub.
