Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, attracting and retaining top sales talent, and conducting regular prospecting sessions with direct reports. Cross‑department collaboration with Marketing, Product, Professional Services, and Legal is essential, as is supporting the team in pricing negotiations and forecasting opportunities according to MRI’s sales model.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team working with our suite of Living and Residential software solutions. The Sales Manager will lead a regional or segment‑based team of Account Managers to drive revenue growth, client retention, and market penetration. This role blends hands‑on deal coaching with pipeline management and performance oversight to ensure the team meets and exceeds ARR quotas while upholding MRI’s standards for client centricity and cross‑functional collaboration.
Successful candidates will have 10‑15 years of consultative sales experience in high‑technology services, software, or hardware, with at least five years of management experience; Protech experience is a plus. They must exhibit strong business acumen, forecasting and influencing abilities, and the interpersonal skills to mentor and motivate account executives. Demonstrated intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen are required to lead the growth strategy.
