Wachter is accepting resumes for a detail‑oriented and reliable Revenue Support Specialist to join our finance team in the Lenexa, KS office. The role assists with day‑to‑day accounting operations, maintains accurate financial records, and supports the department with administrative and transactional tasks. After completing in‑office training, the position becomes hybrid.
- Assist with day‑to‑day accounting operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Review and validate project setup related to customer contracts and revenue recognition.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate data capture and resolve issues.
- Review documentation, keep records of discussions and decisions, and support internal and external audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and prevent revenue leakage.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in project accounting (plus).
- Ability to read and comprehend contracts and legal documentation.
- Background in customer service, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and administrative support, preferably in fast‑paced corporate, medical, or legal settings.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- High attention to detail, organization, and follow‑up.
