The individual will be responsible for PCBA receiving, picking SMT orders, creating barcodes, pulling and packing sales orders, handling material requisitions, conducting cycle counts, and serving as leadership backup to the department manager. The role requires multitasking, initiative, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, with willingness to work in various areas of the operation.
Key responsibilities include processing all stockroom orders (work orders, sales orders, material requisitions), picking, packing, and processing orders, operating a pallet jack, loading and unloading deliveries, and performing other assigned warehouse duties. The employee must be open to working overtime when needed, including Saturdays and end‑of‑month periods, and will also cross‑train in other building and department functions as assigned.

Qualifications include 1 to 3 years of leadership experience, reliability, and fluency in reading, writing and speaking English. Candidates must have knowledge of common warehouse concepts, practices and procedures, be able to follow written and verbal instructions, operate a pallet jack, lift 30‑40 lb, and preferably hold a valid driver’s license with forklift training. Experience with computer systems such as SAP, Nice label, Outlook, Dayforce, and Excel spreadsheets is required.
