Partner with project teams and trade contractors to develop and implement job specific quality plans, providing design review feedback on constructability, sequencing and industry best practice procedures
Conduct regular field reviews, document findings and guide corrective action. Serve as a quality liaison between project team and trade contractors, facilitating coordination and consistency across quality control activities
Lead various quality management processes including pre-installation meetings, first work in place and daily inspections, providing a strong background in construction quality and mechanical systems. Promote clear communication and collaborative problem-solving with internal and external relationships to influence outcomes, resolving issues while driving a culture of quality and accountability.

BCxP (ASHRAE Certified Building Commissioning Professional), CQM-C (USACE) or similar certifications are desirable.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering, construction quality management or building commissioning.
Adaptability: Able to research, learn quickly, and communicate knowledge amongst the team, stakeholders and other parties.
Technology : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar software.
BS in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
BS/BA Engineering, Construction Management or similar curriculum and 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Problem Solving: identifies and resolves problems promptly, develops alternative solutions, and works well in group problem-solving situations.
