The role is delivery‑focused, leading cross‑functional teams to implement digital asset‑management solutions while fostering collaboration, accountability and high performance across diverse stakeholder groups. You will manage multiple projects or programmes that deliver tangible value, applying Agile delivery methodologies where appropriate.
As a leading infrastructure consultancy, we incorporate innovation and best practices throughout the asset‑management lifecycle. Our digital transformation agenda helps clients make informed decisions and improve visibility of their assets using solutions such as enterprise asset‑management systems and digital twins. We are looking for individuals who excel in delivery, innovation and understand both physical and digital technology.
A solid grasp of whole‑life asset‑management principles (ISO 55000 series) and the Institute of Asset Management anatomy is required, together with experience in project, programme and portfolio management. You will advise on design‑build engineering, operations and maintenance, and align emerging digital tools to client requirements.
Commercial awareness, strategic thinking and strong verbal, numerical and written communication skills are essential to translate client needs into business cases and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
We seek candidates with leadership experience in engineering, transportation or energy & utilities sectors, knowledge of IAM anatomy and ISO 55000, and familiarity with asset‑management systems such as EAM and digital twins. Relevant qualifications may include an IAM certificate, Prince2/NEC3‑4, or Power Platform experience.
