As an SAP Support Analyst – Supply Chain, you’ll drive improvements in how the business leverages current and future applications. You’ll identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and introduce technologies that support operational and financial goals. Your ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders will be key to shaping strategic decisions and delivering impactful solutions.
- Collaborate with Architecture to design creative, scalable solutions that meet business needs
- Manage system upgrades and updates to maintain support and introduce new functionality
- Deliver measurable impact through cost savings, efficiency gains, and improved user satisfaction
- Ensure all changes meet quality standards with clear documentation and effective knowledge sharing
- Proactively identify and implement system improvements that simplify processes and enhance usability
- Act as a go-to contact for troubleshooting and user support, empowering teams through training
- Lead projects across IBP, Production Planning, Demand & Materials Management with best-practice approaches

We're looking for a dynamic professional to help drive smarter systems and better user experiences across our supply chain.
- The ability to understand business processes and how to translate these into system solutions is essential.
- Minimum of 8 years of SAP experience designing, configuring and specifying changes in SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Materials Management (MM) - similar experience of IBP and APO modules is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are targeted at the right audience.
- Demonstrated experience working within various project management methodologies and providing the required documentation each calls for.
