Resolve escalated issues quickly to maintain a positive resident experience
Identify efficiency opportunities to protect margin and improve delivery
Manage budgets, forecasting, variations and commercial performance
Lead delivery of retrofit and energy-efficiency programmes across occupied homes

Act as a senior point of contact for clients, surveyors and resident stakeholders

Demonstrable track record of delivering contracts to programme, budget and KPI targets
Formal construction qualification (HNC, NVQ, CIOB, or equivalent)
Ability to manage high-volume, multi-site programmes
Excellent understanding of building maintenance, quality standards and health & safety requirements
Retrofit Coordinator RC qualified, experience knowledge preferred
Experience working directly with clients and resident groups
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
IT literate and confident using contract management systems
Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and financial performance
Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, solutions-led approach
Strong leadership experience managing supervisors, operatives and subcontractors
SMSTS, IOSH or similar safety qualifications
Experience delivering PAS 2030/2035-aligned retrofit works (or similar compliance-driven programmes)
Full UK driving licence
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within retrofit, planned works, energy-efficiency or R&M environments
