Tasks

-Planning routes to accommodate shipping oversize loads -Order all permits for moving oversized loads -Coordinate shipping from plant to project sites -Organizing invoices for all vendors used for shipping purposes -Reviewing drivers logs for compliance -Organizing dispatch schedule for all shipping with EAS drivers -Coordinating 3rd party carriers when needed for shipping product -Hire Police escorts, bucket trucks, and civilian escorts when needed -Coordinate/dispatch drivers -Coordinate shipping in between plants -Create shipping documents needed for transporting loads

What You Bring

-Experience ordering oversize - overweight permits (multi-state) -Experience supervising commercial truck drivers -Experience with specialized equipment preferred but not required - 4 axle trucks / heavy haul trailers -High School diploma or GED -Excellent communication skills -Experience with GPS/google map routing for oversize loads -Must have 2 years experience in the Transportation Industry -Must have computer skills with Excel -Must have great organizational skills -Experience dispatching drivers -Must have a positive attitude with team members -Excellent attention to detail -Must have experience with supervision of team members
