The Manager, Quality Supplier Program leads end‑to‑end supplier‑quality initiatives, ensuring external suppliers meet or exceed Venture Global’s quality, safety, and regulatory standards through rigorous assessment, continuous improvement, and strategic partnership. This role works cross‑functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing to embed quality into the supply chain and mitigate risk.

Define and implement a supplier quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
Design and manage a supplier qualification program with risk assessments and an Approved Supplier List.
Establish supplier approval and rationalization processes with procurement to optimize the supplier base.
Develop and maintain supplier quality management systems (QMS) compliant with ISO 9001.
Serve as primary supplier‑quality representative, interfacing with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Lead strategic supplier risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks.
Manage the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) process for non‑conforming materials, ensuring root‑cause analysis and timely resolution.
Develop and track supplier KPIs and scorecards, conducting regular performance reviews.
Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and FMEA tools.
Provide technical guidance and training to suppliers to enhance their quality capabilities.
Conduct Quality Stand‑downs to reinforce a strong quality culture across the supply chain.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or Quality Management.
Minimum 10 years of supplier‑quality experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience with LNG liquefaction facilities preferred.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, civil/structural plans, wiring diagrams, and piping isometrics.
Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards (API Q1, ISO 9001, ASME, API) and best practices.
Excellent written and oral communication, planning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Projects, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, and BI tools.
Experience conducting audits, inspections, and supplier evaluations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed and obtain a TWIC card.
Quality certifications such as API, ASQ, or ISO.
ASQ certifications (CQA, CQE).
Six Sigma Black Belt.
API, AWS, or ASME certifications.
