- Maintain a process-driven approach to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, manage, and update project schedules to meet government milestones and reporting requirements.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and regulatory documentation.
- Identify project risks and provide proactive, solution-oriented recommendations.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including process flows, construction plans, client correspondence, and compliance reports.
- Report directly to the Program Manager and provide regular project updates, including government-mandated reports.
- Prepare agendas and participate in subcontractor, vendor, and government agency meetings.
- Draft scopes of work and ensure compliance with government contracts, regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and government representatives.

- Ability to prepare accurate, detailed reports and documentation for government compliance.
- Solution-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of government construction regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting professional correspondence for clients and regulatory agencies.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and submittals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with government project management systems preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture/Design, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably with government or public sector contracts.
- Clear and professional communication with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and government stakeholders.
- Knowledge of government contracts, procurement requirements, and compliance standards.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills for multi-phase government projects.
- Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve project issues.
