Senior Information Technology Support Engineer

We’re looking for strong Microsoft bias engineer who has experience working within an MSP. With this role being customer facing, this will suit someone had had a strong service provider background. An ideal general background of you will be having strong all-round general IT skills which is a given if you’ve worked within an MSP.

This role is for a 2nd line engineer who may have hit a glass ceiling in their current company and wants to progress their career. You’ll need to have a ‘what’s next’ approach by way technology and product offerings as this MSP are looking for someone who can come in and contribute above and beyond support work.

You'll be working with customers on support with plenty of project work. Likewise in this role, you have the opportunity to come up with new ideas + products to expand their service offering to the way you see fit. We'd be looking for an engineer who's got their finger on the pulse by way of new tech within the industry.

£28 - 35k plus benefits

This is an adult environment, so you’re not going to be chained to your desk 5 days a week. This MSP truly values its staff and allows hybrid working from the start – I must say, most of the engineers do prefer to be in the office though due to the camaraderie!
