Writing: Write high-quality, accurate listing descriptions that highlight amenities, community features, and neighborhood benefits.
Visit properties regularly (Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, and occasionally Calgary) to capture new marketing content (photos, videos, commercial tenant changes, site conditions, and signage needs).
Support leasing representatives with marketing collateral for prospective tenants.
Process invoices, track marketing expenses, and general marketing administrative tasks.
Leasing Support & Broker Relations: Create detailed leasing packages, comprehensive brochures, property sheets, and availability summaries.
Post new availabilities, commercial tenant openings, and feature properties across relevant social channels and websites.
Writing: Write high-quality, accurate listing descriptions that highlight tenant mix, area demographics, and traffic patterns.
Listing Management: Maintain all residential property listings on platforms including the Rohit Rental Living website, Rentsync, Yardi RentCafe, Apartments.com, and Realtor.ca (if applicable).
Update and manage content across various website platforms such as Squarespace or WordPress.
Audit all properties monthly for signage gaps, damage, outdated, or inaccurate materials, ensuring adherence to project brand standards.
Listing Management: Maintain all commercial and infrastructure project listings on platforms including the Rohit Commercial/Infrastructure websites, LoopNet, Spacelist, CoStar, and other CRE marketplaces.
Large-Scale Project Coordination: Coordinate collateral development for new build phases (Infrastructure) or major anchor tenant recruitment.
Coordinate paid advertisements or property spotlight posts (Facebook/Instagram/Google) as directed.
Coordinate and execute marketing collateral for special leasing events, seasonal occasions (e.g., resident holiday parties, tenant appreciation days), and commercial broker open houses.
Tenant Attraction Content: Ensure all vacant units are properly marketed.
Coordinate the design and installation of for-lease signage, window vinyls, A-frames, directional signs, and promotional materials.
Track competing properties in the area and gather real-time market visuals and pricing intelligence.
Track engagement metrics on marketing campaigns and recommend data-driven improvements.
Execute email marketing through Squarespace, Mailchimp, or Lasso.
Maintain a database of high-quality photos, videos, maps, traffic counts, demographics and tenant mix overviews for quick leasing rep access.
Maintain all marketing assets across all platforms, ensuring accurate square footage, floorplans, and rates are consistently reflected.
Support SEO and digital visibility by keeping property pages updated with high-value content.
Provide weekly marketing status updates on active listings, new content captured, signage installed/removed, and digital metrics (views, clicks, leads).
Coordinate professional photography, drone footage, and virtual tours as needed.
Work with signage vendors to order, install, repair, or remove signs.
Build engaging content, including short-form videos, relevant to marketing channels (e.g., Instagram Reels).
Build cross-promotion marketing for new tenants during opening weeks (IG reels, photography, paid social boosts, etc.).
Email/SMS Marketing: Support the implementation of Email/SMS marketing campaigns for rapid lead generation and availability alerts.
Create "Now Open," "Coming Soon," and "Grand Opening" promotional assets and distribute through social media & local channels.
