Develop and maintain industry relationships and visibility with current and prospective clients, subconsultants, competitor/teaming partners, and potential recruits.
Develop, review proposals, reports, and contract documents in accordance with Stantec policy.
Mentoring developing professional staff.
Play a key technical leadership role and be an essential part of a project team working on all phases of a design project from Programming and Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
Work with teams across multiple Stantec offices.
Help develop document standards.
Develop project specifications, including front end specifications.
Lead project coordination and site meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants, owner and contractor and subcontractors.
Oversee quality and quality control for projects.
Participate in business development efforts, including market research, client relationships, developing leads, and securing contracts.

15+ years experience working with multidiscipline teams, including BIM operations and administration.
Demonstrated design acumen and leadership on major projects.

Proven success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
Registered Architect in Alaska
Strong Microsoft Excel formatting skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
Demonstrate technical skills on major projects.
Experience with responding to Requests for Proposals, Expression of Interests, Statement of Qualifications.
Excellent organization, coordination, leadership, teambuilding and managerial skills.
Proven leadership in guiding teams through projects utilizing Revit and AutoCAD for documentation.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and teambuilding skills.
Multidisciplinary experience.
