Responsible for team and individual training and professional growth.
Ensure that the performance of the team meets key indicators.
Providing excellent customer service by being a first point of contact for clients on site.
Provide leadership and organisational management to a team of up to 8 fire technicians.
Planning and support for progression towards any role within Chubb.
Managing material levels and ensuring that the inventory is at correct levels.
Ensuring workload and responsibilities are shared across the field service team.

Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR).
Professional, proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop skills as required.
A construction industry White Card and Open Cable Licence (or the ability to obtain).
Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of field fire technicians.
Self-motivated with the ability to work in an unsupervised environment.
Current Electrical Licence is preferred or willing to obtain with in-house training.
Well-developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Current Australian Drivers Licence.
Proven track record in meeting KPI’s and an understanding and ability to read profit and loss statements.
A solid knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards relevant to Fire detection systems, installation, and maintenance.
Fire detection Systems Installation and Sales Tender process and experience.
A strong technical background in electrical service in the Fire Protection industry.
An experienced Service Supervisor, with a proven track record of managing people and teams
