Assist the project manager and design leads with project cost development and approvals including tracking numerous subconsultants.
Organize and schedule project meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and detailed minutes.
Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management
Analysis, developing, and reporting associated with various project control job duties, such as agreements, cost control, cost estimation, earned value management (EVM), projections, variance analysis, schedules, workload staffing, and technical project reviews. Input project data into internal da-ta systems
Work with HDR task leads and team members - organize and track internal HDR deliverables across multiple offices, as well as subconsultant, including reminders and coordination with leads on schedule tracking
Development of contracts, subcontracts and supplemental agreements
Order and monitor insurance certificates
Assist with the development, tracking and updating of the project schedule
Create and manage project documents and files, hard copy and electronic
Schedule and participate in Project Reviews
Assist with preparing project progress reports for monthly invoicing
Assist project the manager and task leads with the development and maintenance of project management plans, safety plans, internal schedules, and other project guidance documents.
