What you bring

Deep knowledge of North Carolina’s permitting, municipal coordination, and market dynamics.
10+ years of leadership in commercial construction, with a portfolio that includes healthcare, life sciences, student housing, and mixed-use developments.
Proven success managing complex, multi-phase projects from concept to completion.
Exceptional emotional intelligence, communication, and strategic thinking.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
Financial & Contract Mastery: Navigate complexity with clarity. Protect relationships while driving profitability.
