Description

• Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering options.
• Prepare detailed estimates, cost plans, and tender submissions for fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to transition successful tenders into live projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotations to ensure accuracy and value for money.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of construction methods, market rates, and industry trends.
• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the fit-out or refurbishment sector—retail experience highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
