Participate in site meetings with various project stakeholders.
Plan and check material orders as needed.
Obtain permits and authorizations required to carry out works.
Contribute to project scheduling.
Monitor works daily through the technical and administrative tasks assigned to you.
Prepare, monitor, analyze and manage subcontractor files.
Follow up and manage deficiencies at the end of the project (if applicable).
Complete quantity takeoffs from project specifications and drawings, and ultimately provide cost estimates for various scopes of work.
Assist, review and communicate technical questions and change requests to the customer representative and follow-up when required.
Prepare and follow up on technical issues in plans and specifications.
Plan, supervise and contribute to the development of appropriate construction methods and processes per contractual requirements, while respecting current health and safety requirements. This can include the review and design of temporary construction engineering.
Contribute to contract negotiations when necessary.
Plan and oversee works coordination with foremen, surveyors, superintendents, engineers, project managers and subcontractors.
