The Fire Officer – Property and Asset Management role oversees fire safety at the site, using assigned apparatus and following the command structure for fire suppression and related emergency services.
Key duties include preparing and executing fire and life‑safety evacuation drills and trainings, conducting rescue, firefighting and salvage operations, securing structures to prevent rekindling, maintaining equipment inventories and incident reports, and liaising with government authorities for NOC renewals.
The Fire Officer reports to the Fire Safety Manager or Property Manager, and must be analytical and meticulous to ensure all fire and life‑safety systems function effectively and to determine appropriate fire equipment requirements.
Qualifications required are a Diploma or Degree in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety, 3‑5 years of relevant experience, and solid knowledge of current fire suppression techniques and emergency medical services.
