Kimley-Horn's Orange, California office is seeking a civil engineer with eight or more years of experience to join its Land Development team. This is an on‑site position, not remote.
Ideal candidates will hold a Professional Engineer license or be able to obtain one within 12 months, have extensive experience in site civil design and permitting, and be proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydrology and storm‑drainage modeling software. They should also be skilled in task management, concept design, client coordination, and quality oversight.
