Description
The Community Physical Maintenance Associate ensures that the community’s grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal are consistently maintained. This role supports the service team by performing inspections, handling trash removal, completing minor service requests, and assisting with the make‑ready process for vacant apartments.
- Inspect community areas daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste.
- Clear trash from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas before make‑ready.
- Complete minor service requests and assist make‑ready specialists.
- Change locks and verify pool gate safety according to code.
- Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
- Report observed hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
- Provide courteous service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance complaints.
- Attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and promptly report incidents.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
