Senior Planner

Description

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key external stakeholders including Local Planning Authorities, planning consultants and lawyers.
• Prepare, or assist with the preparation of, planning appraisals for new land opportunities.
• Assist with the preparation of planning strategies for newly acquired and existing sites.
• Work with the wider team to develop high quality, well justified development proposals.

Requirements

• To have a sound knowledge and understanding of the planning process.
• Qualified in planning to HND, or preferably degree, level or through equivalent experience.
• Experience within a Planning role is essential.
• Able to build relationships across the organisation to ensure communication between project stakeholders.
