Engage in accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and GL reconciliations
You will evaluate and enhance our accounting systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy, support the implementation of new financial software or tools as needed, and identify opportunities for cost savings, operational improvements & revenue enhancements.

Account for financial relationships between affiliated entities (“sister” small companies under similar ownership) including allocation of shared expenses, implementation of charge-back mechanisms, and reconciliation of intercompany transactions) to ensure accuracy & transparency
Assist in the annual budgeting process and monitoring of budget-to-actual performance
backing up A/R processes
Arrange monthly investor checks
Manage tax-exempt certificates
Calculate sales commissions for the sales force
Inventory Management - establish and document process & procedure, and reconcile to the general ledger
