The IT Service Desk Technician (1st Line) provides front‑line support to users contacting the service desk via phone, ticket or other channels, quickly identifying issues, following established SOPs and escalating unresolved tickets to the appropriate resolver group while flagging urgent requests.
The role is based primarily in an office environment but also involves occasional work in manufacturing or factory settings, exposing the incumbent to variable noise and temperature conditions and requiring regular sitting, occasional standing, and the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
