Interior Designer

Description

• Handle measurements, BOQs, and design-related clarifications during execution
• Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences
• Develop basic 3D views or coordinate with the 3D team for visualizations
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, colors, lighting, and furniture
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and carpenters
• Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and design documentation
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback and revisions
• Create concept designs, layouts, mood boards, and space plans as per client brief
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design execution as per drawings and quality standards

Requirements

• Experience in handling client discussions, design presentations, and revisions
• Ability to prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and basic 3D visualizations
• Good understanding of site execution, measurements, and coordination with contractors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp / 3Ds Max / V-Ray is a plus
• Minimum 1–3 / 3–5 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of space planning, layouts, materials, finishes, and color coordination
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field
