As a Senior Cultural Resource Specialist, you will oversee archaeological assessments, prepare reports and mitigation plans for historic structures, and manage schedules, budgets, and compliance requirements for cultural resource projects.
The role includes conducting field investigations, coordinating with agencies, developing compliance strategies, planning projects that influence major company programs, and serving as a technical expert to resolve complex cultural resource issues.
You will supervise medium to large teams of professionals and technicians, act as project manager on larger assignments when needed, and perform additional duties to support project success.
Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree in archaeology, anthropology, architectural history, or a related field, at least eight years of archaeological experience, and working knowledge of Esri GIS; required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, ten years of archaeological experience, five years in planning and managing investigations, proficiency with Microsoft Office, eligibility as an Arizona Antiquities Act Principal Investigator, and the ability to travel across diverse U.S. geographic settings.
