PEMB Framing / Sheeting Checker (Tekla or AutoCAD)

• Perform second checks of erection drawings, shop drawings, and BOM after corrections by detailers.
• Guide detailers and clarify issues for smooth workflow.
• Prepare and submit final erection drawings, shop details, and BOM to the group head for client submission.
• Take accountability for errors at fabrication/erection stages if final checks are missed.
• Raise and address queries from design mails with concerned departments/client side.
• Plan work internally to meet assigned schedules and provide early warnings to the group head if deadlines are at risk.
• Resolve issues related to connections, shop errors, or erection stage problems by coordinating with client QC teams.
• Coordinate with group head on queries or challenges encountered.

PEMB Tekla or AutoCAD Checker (American Standards)

• Ability to manage timelines effectively and work collaboratively with teams.
• Strong knowledge of detailing, checking standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in PEMB projects.
• Proficiency in Tekla or AutoCAD software
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
