- 10+ years of hands-on experience in building automation systems management and operations
- Proven leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency with multiple BMS software platforms such as Siemens Desigo CC, Trane Ensemble, or Niagara N4
- Knowledge of energy management principles and sustainability best practices
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex system issues
- Project management experience with building automation system implementations or upgrades
- Industry certifications such as CEM (Certified Energy Manager), BAS certification, or relevant mechanical certifications
- Experience with IoT integration and smart building technologies
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and client interaction
- Direct experience with Siemens Desigo CC platform and ecosystem
- Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical building systems including HVAC, lighting, and critical infrastructure
- Strong expertise in instrumentation and controls for critical systems and HVAC applications
