Lead and monitor development and training of business group staff in technical and business competencies
Actively participate in projects or manage projects to meet assigned utilization rate
Lead activities to continually improve standards and best practices; implement effective quality assurance
Support business group activities related to hiring and retaining key staff, workload balancing and qualified staffing of project teams, involvement in technical and industry associations, publishing, community and client functions and risk management
Provide leadership to assigned business class leaders
Support business group practice and professional discipline groups and project teams
Coordinate and monitor staff training in company policies and processes including technical, business, ethical, safety, human resources and quality program areas
Develop, coordinate, monitor and improve technical competencies of business group staff to meet client needs and market drivers
Support communication and coordination within other business groups
Monitor QC Review activities including assignment of experienced and qualified reviewers
Collaborate with area operations, marketing and management
Participate in area business group strategic planning and plan implementation
Actively engaged in professional or industry associations to enhance HDR technical expertise and brand.
Support growth and development of digital delivery processes and procedures
Serve as a project or program manager

Demonstrated experience with leading diverse teams. Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience.

A minimum of 15 years' experience.
A minimum of 10 years' experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work cooperatively with regional and local office managers, other area business group directors, technical directors and marketing managers.
